Cancellation:
Due to the demands on our busy schedule, we kindly request that any cancellations be made no less than two business days prior to the scheduled cleaning. In the event that his becomes unavoidable, there will be a cancellation fee of $50 due if made one day prior and the full amount will be due if a cancellation is made the same day of the scheduled service.
Reschedule:
We understand that there will be times when you will need to reschedule but we request that rescheduling take place at the earliest possible notice.
Rescheduling can be made two days or more from the date of scheduled cleaning at no extra cost. For same day or one-day notice, fees may apply.
Payment Options:
For your convenience, we gladly accept:
Please make checks payable to “Spotless Cleaning Services” and give them to your cleaners inside an envelope. Depending on your request, we can negotiate monthly, bi-weekly or weekly payment.
Holidays:
We work all holidays except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. If your cleaning day falls on a holiday and you wish to change the day, we request a minimum two business days notice in advance of the scheduled cleaning, otherwise fee may apply.
Cleaning List: When we come to your home to meet you at your home, we will provide you with a cleaning checklist. Please note that you can change the list at any time and additional special projects can be done for an added fee.

Due to the risks and worries that COVID-19 poses for all of us, we want to assure you that we are taking all the precautionary measures to keep you and your loved ones feel safer. Cleanliness has become more fundamental than ever and here are the preventive measures we are taking to limit the spread and impact of the virus:
– Our team members practice hygiene when entering your home by wearing gloves, booties and masks during cleanings.
– We are cleaning our hands with soap often and using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer in between cleanings.
– We are experts in cleaning but right now we are cleaning more things, more often. Our team is providing increased sanitation to high touch surfaces in your home and business.
– We are using efficient cleaning products that disinfect and kill bacteria and germs.
– We have been encouraging our clients to buy their own cleaning products and equipment (i.e: rags, vacuum), but if they prefer to use ours, we are disinfecting them before entering their home.
– We have instructed and fully support our team members to stay home if they feel under the weather.
We encourage our clients to let us know in advance of an appointment if there are any concerns or they would like us to take special precautions. We will continue to closely monitor the situation surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus and act accordingly. Thank you!
